Position Details
The Inside Sales Representative’s main priority is to help in
all phases of the sales and store operation in growing revenue and assisting
in customer service needs. Serving customers throughout the customer
experience by phone, email, text, and helping walk in business.
Primary Functions
- Assists Sales team service via fielding and entering Customers requests, orders, quotes, deliveries and technical needs.
- Ensure customer purchase order reconciles with order for correct invoicing.
- Facilitate customer requests, quotes, orders, and help develop relationships with our customers.
- Handling customer payments including cash and credit cards.
- Ensure customer purchase order reconciles with order for correct invoicing.
- Make outbound calls to generate sales growth.
- Qualify new customers potential and collect required information to facilitate customer credit request.
- Expedite customer order fulfillment with order delivery and order pickup.
- from time-to-time fill orders by picking, packing, and shipping orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date and explaining stock-outs to customers.
- Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
- Work with vendors to assist customers with product questions and special orders.
- Maintains communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
- Maintains and improves customer experience by following policies and procedures.
- Participate in company provided product knowledge and industry standards training.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.

Position Details
As an eCommerce Marketing Specialist at ENC Industrial Supply, you will get to do more than just monitor sales of a product. You will work cross-departmentally to optimize eCommerce strategies and analyze where there is room for improvement. More specifically, you’ll get to:
Primary Functions
Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and take ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts.
Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Possess a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.
Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
