ENC Industrial Supply Mission

ENC first opened in 2020 and we are a certified Micro Small Woman owned business (VA # 822593) Our primary goal is providing quality industrial supplies that are preferably Made in America. We work with our customers to ensure stocked supplies and training options are available and most importantly, what you need to make your business more efficient and successful. Everybody at ENC believes that our customers deserve the best products at a fair price and hope we are carrying on the tradition of Claude Greene at the original site of Ahoskie Building Materials!

                                                                                                                     ENC Warehouse

The warehouse that ENC Industrial calls home was originally built c. 1926 for Claude Greene and was opened as Ahoskie Building Supplies. The building supply company was owned and operated by Greene and had many ties to the community. A newspaper article from 1928 states that materials sold by the company were used in the construction of Richard Theatre, what is now the Gallery Theater. Many intricate details can be found on the walls and fixtures of the warehouse. Including the original painted “Ahoskie Building Supplies” mural on the interior and exterior walls which are constructed of locally hand made brick. The original doors along with most hardware, was salvaged and is being refurbished to its golden age look. The warehouse is listed on the national registry of historic buildings.
